Because Azle is situated between two counties, labor market resources are available through two different Workforce Solutions campuses – North Central Texas Workforce Solutions and Tarrant County Workforce Solutions. Both of these are under the direction of the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC), and they are two of 28 local workforce development boards located throughout the state. They have provide resource and labor market information for both job seekers and employers. The primary goal of all 28 local workforce development boards is to respond to the needs of Texas employers and workers through locally designed market-driven workforce development initiatives.
